Hello everyone! Our apartment is on the first floor of a multi-story building with 4 rooms of different sizes, a living room with Balcony, a bath with a shower, a separate toilet and a spacious kitchen with a big fridge, freezer, oven, and a dishwasher. Each room has its own contract. The advertised room is 13m² in size and is the third biggest room of the apartment. The room has large windows and is very bright. Originally the room was unfurnished but I want to sell my furniture to the next person. Other costs include electricity, internet and ARD.

Hallo alle Zimmersuchende! Unsere WG ist im ersten Stock eines Hochhauses. Es hat 4 Zimmern von unterschiedliche Große, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein Badezimmer, separate Toilette, und eine geräumige (viele Schränke) Küche, mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, und eine Spülmaschine. Die Zimmer sind einzeln vermietet (jeder hat ein eignes Vertrag). Dieses Zimmer hat 13m² und ist der zweitgrößte Zimmer im WG. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist sehr hell. Das Zimmer war ohne Möbel vermietet, aber ich möchte meine Möbel an die nächste Person verkaufen. Im Nebenkosten sind: Ström, Internet und der Rundfunkbeitrag.
The flat is located in front of the Erlenweg Bus stop, (1-minute walk) and is well connected to the city center, University and Clinics with bus number 2, 3, 4, 5, . The best part is the availability of the night buses when you are back from late night parties or hangout with friends. The Swimming pool and Shopping market are 400 meters away from the house.
We are looking for an easy going flat-mate, who is willing to stay with us longer. Two of us are PhD students at the university and the third one finished her master and looking for a new position. We offer a very multi-cultural and fun loving experience. All of us are fond of cooking and baking. We don't have strict rules and we prefer a very relaxed environment. If you are looking for a not so strict and friendly WG, this is certainly the place for you :)
