Das Zimmer ist möbiliert ( Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Waschbecken etc. ). Man teilt sich zu dritt eine Dusche und eine Toilette, welche in zwei Räume unterteilt sind. Töpfe; Besteck und mehr ist vorhanden und die Küche ist groß und hat einen schönen Esstisch.
It is a furnished room (Bed, Desk, Sink and more). You will share the Toilette and Shower (seperate rooms) with two other people. The kitchen is big and has a lot of kitchen equipment and a nice dinner table.
Waldhäuser-Ost liegt auf einem Berg in Tübingen. Mit dem Bus kommt man innerhalb von 10-15 min sowohl in die Innenstadt, als auch zum Max-Planck-Institut und den Kliniken. Auch mit dem Fahrrad sind die Strecken gut und einfach zu bewältigen. Insgesamt ist liegt Fichtenweg 24 sehr ruhig und von Bäumen umringt.
Supermärke (Nah & Gut, Treff 3000), sowie zwei Bäckereien sind 4 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Waldhäuser- Ost is on a hill in Tübingen. With the us you need 10-15 min to the citycenter, "Kliniken" and Max-Planck-Institute. Also using the bike is fast and really common in Tübingen. Fichtenweg 24 is a quit place with many trees around it.
Supermarkets ( "Treff 3000" and "Nah & Gut") and a bakery you can reach in just 4 min of walking.
WG wird sich zum Zeit des deines Einzuges voraussichtlich etwas ändern, da manche Personen ausziehen werden und neue Personen dafür kommen. Zudem ist es gut möglich, dass die Mitbewohner aufgrund der Ferien, nicht oder nur z.T. in der Wohnung sind. Es könnte also etwas ruhiger und Menschenleerer werden. Ansonsten kann man mit den MB immer mal für einen Kaffee/ Tee/ Bier / Wein in am Esstisch treffen. Insgesamt ist, die WG ruhig und unkompliziert.
The flatmates will probably change a bit, because some others intend to move out, so some new people will move in around the same time as you will. Some others may be on Vacation, so the flat is propably going to be a bit quit and sometimes deserted. But while some of the flatmates will be there, it is ncice to just meet for a Beer/ Wine / Coffee/ Tea in the kitchen. All in all the Flatmates are uncomplicated and nice.
Die Kaution beträgt 400 €, welches der Summe entspricht, die ich an das Studentenwerk zahlen musste. Es ist damit lediglich eine Absicherung für mich, falls etwas passieren sollte. Das Zimmer ist optimal, wenn du schnell, günstig und in einer guten Lage kurzzeitig etwas brauchst.
The Caution is 400 €, which is the amount of money I had to pay to the "Studentenwerk". So it is just a security for myself, if something would happen. The room is perfect for you, if you need soon, uncomplicated and cheap something for a short time.
