The room has 14 qm and is equipped with a desk, a chair, a small table, a bed and a big cupboard as well as a bookcase. So everything you Need is there. In Addition to that you'll have our own (you don't have to share it) bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilett. The kitchen is very large and shared with 16 other People, which are studying in Tübingen. In the kitchen you will have your own cupboard and a box in the freezer and refrigerator. To use the washing machine in the cellar you'll need a Student ID of the University of Tübingen.
The house is in the student village Waldhäuser Ost. There is an excellent public Transport. There are 5 bus lines, which drive from Ahornweg (3 minutes from your room) to the City center. The busses also drive very frequently (appr. every 5 minutes). Nearby your house there are two supermarkets and a small pub, which is exclusive for students. A few minutes by foot you will reach some fields and a forrest, which is perfect for doing sports or just enjoying the nature.
You'll sometimes meet your roommates in kitchen, where you can have a little talk. The kitchen is also a good place to meet new People or do a small Party.
The room is perfect if you're staying in Tübingen for a short study trip or if you're starting to study in Tübingen next Semester and you're looking for a room. I'm highly flexible regarding the rent time of the room. Although I would like to ask you not to stay longer than the 15.9. and to Keep the room and kitchen clean, since I'm moving out in September.
