The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, cupboard and a build in closet. You have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You share the kitchen with about 20 other people that live with you in the house, all students. You have your own shelf in the kitchen and share a fridge with four other people. Pans and pots, dishes are all available in the kitchen.
I will be moving out on the 15th of February. So the rent for February would be 130€ and for March 278€.
The house 27 is at one end of the WHO, you can easily reach the bus stop Winkelwiese within 1/2 minutes, where busses go all day and night.
The bus stop Ahornweg is about 5 minutes walking distance where some other lines go as well all night and day.
Shopping is directly at the bus stop Ahornweg, where you have two supermarkets and two bakerys.
The Kuckuck, the WHO student bar is within 5 minutes walking distance and there is something going on almost every night.
Living in WHO you will always meet someone in the kitchen or anywhere else. The people from my floor are all very nice and helpful. The Kuckuck also is a great place to meet people, but as you have your own room with bathroom you dont have to meet anyone if you dont feel like it.
As I am moving out on the 15th and NOT coming back to Tübingen, you will have to move out permanently for me. Which means you will get a third party mandate from me and have to return the keys to the janitor and have to let him inspect the room before you move out.
