Das Zimmer ist ca 11 m² groß und mit einem 120 cm großen Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Stehlampe und einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und Schreibtischlampe ausgestattet. Steinfliesen bilden den hellen Boden.
Die Möbel sind hell und neu!
Die WG ist super gelegen!
Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute entfernt von der WG.
Von hier aus fahren die Linien 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 im 10-Minuten-Takt in alle Richtungen.
Zu den Kliniken Berg fährt man mit dem Bus ca. 13 Minuten.
Zum Hauptbahnhof und der Neuen Aula braucht man mit dem Bus ca. eine Viertel Stunde.
Zudem ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Banken, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Imbiss, etc. in kürzester Laufweite (ca. 3 Minuten).
In der WG wohnen Lea, Marcel , Jan und Paul. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Riesenkühlschrank und natürlich einer Spülmaschine, einen superschönen Essplatz und einen tollen Balkon für alle zum Zusammensitzen. Ein Auge für Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns sehr wichtig.
Zudem steht ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und WC sowie nochmals ein seperates WC zur Verfügung. Einen Abstellraum gibt es ebenfalls.
Strom, W-Lan und GEZ kommen anteilig(1/5) noch zu den NK dazu
