Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft in Im Schonblick 55. Es handelt sich um eine neue Wohnung, die vollständig möbliert und fast neu möbliert ist. Ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch sowie Schrank und Stuhl sind inbegriffen. Internet, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind inbegriffen.
Es gibt einen riesigen Garten vor dem Fenster mit einer tollen Aussicht. Trotz der günstigen Lage ist das Zimmer ruhig. Es ist auch ideal für das Home-Office in dieser Korona-Zeit.
/ am leaving my room in a shared flat in Im Schonblick 55. It is a new apartment fully furnished with almost new furniture. A bed and desk and wardrobe and chair are included. Internet, washing machine, dish washer are included.
There is a huge garden in front of the window with a great view. Despite the convenient location, the room is quiet. It is also ideal for home-office during this corona age.
With walking distance it is 1 minute to the Bus stop 4. So commute to the Oldtown is within 15 minutes. It taks 20 minutes to go to the university. It is 3 minutes from the MPI institutes. It is 10 minutes walk from the grocery store, bakery, bar, and supply store. If you like running or taking a walk, it is also 10 minutes from the farm and forest.
Es gibt drei weitere Mitbewohner in unserem Haushalt. Sie arbeiten oder studieren entweder an der Universität. Alle sind recht freundlich und halten die Wohnung recht ordentlich. Jeder ist bereit für ein kausales Gespräch beim Abendessen.
/There are three other flatmates in our household. They either work or study at the university. Everybody is quite friendly and keeps the apartment quite tidy. Anyone is up for a causal dinner chat.
