It's a 4 room apartment, on the 11th floor in Ulmenweg. There are living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom as sharing spaces.
I'm moving out at the end of this year and looking for a person who want to take over the room from January 1st.
The room comes with only the wooden closet, but you can also take the single sized bed in 35€.
It's located in WHO, very close to the nature and shops. There's a farm where you can get fresh milk and veggies, pet the cows, and nice field and hill for talking a nice walk. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment(Ulmenweg bus stop) and there are pharmacy, bio market, bakery, Thai food imbiss, Greek restaurant, gas station, and post office right across the street. There's a free parking lot across the street too. There are other grocery stores near by too, for example, Penny in Wanne(10 min by walking, or 3 bus stops away) and Edeka in Ahornweg(5min by walking, 3 bus stops away).
There are buses number 2, 3, 4 and 5 every 10 minutes to go down to university and downtown, and it takes 10~15 minutes and vise versa.
There are 2 housemates. One is German guy, the house owner, who mostly stays home since he works home. The other one is English guy who is not really at home. Everyone is over 30 years old, we don't really cook together or hang out together but respect each others' life. If you like a quiet and relaxing WG, this is the one.
There are WiFi, washing machine and hangers, oven, dish washer etc. You can use washing machine for free and laundry soap and toilet papers are offered too. There's a piano in the living room and you are free to play it.
