This 12 sqm room of a two-bedroom shared apartment (total size: 56 sqm) will be rented for four months (from1 March to 30 June). This apartment is in the 7th floor. There is a washoom, large well equipped kitchen and a store room.
The room is furnished as you can see in the photo, but there is also the option to bring tenant's own furniture. The other flatmate is a young German student.
The apartment is located in WHO of Tübingen with several bus lines (2, 3, 4, 5, N93) and the stop is Ulmenweg, that is in front of the building and it takes one minute to reach there by foot.
This building is close to the forest and nature. It is also very suitable for a person who loves walking, jogging, or hiking. For swimming enthusiasts, there is also an indoor pool near by here.
Moreover, the farm hause is located here and there are some shops around here, i.e., restaurants, pharmacy and bakeries across the street.

Es ist auch möglich, die Start- und Endzeit je nach Bedarf ein wenig zu ändern. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock. Es gibt einen Waschraum, eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche und einen Abstellraum. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wie Sie auf dem Foto sehen können, es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, die eigenen Möbel des Mieters mitzubringen. Der andere Mitbewohner ist ein junger deutscher Student. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der WHO von Tübingen mit mehreren Buslinien (2, 3, 4, 5, N93) und die Haltestelle ist Ulmenweg, der sich vor dem Gebäude befindet und es dauert eine Minute, um zu Fuß dorthin zu gelangen. Dieses Gebäude liegt in der Nähe des Waldes und der Natur. Es ist auch sehr gut für Personen geeignet, die gerne spazieren gehen, joggen oder wandern. Für Schwimmbegeisterte gibt es hier auch ein Hallenbad in der Nähe.
Darüber hinaus befindet sich hier das Farmhaus, und hier gibt es einige Geschäfte, d. H. Restaurants, Apotheken und Bäckereien auf der anderen Straßenseite.
