Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und hat einen tollen Ausblick in Richtung der Felder. Vom Zimmer aus hat man auch einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung 3 weitere Zimmer (+Bad, WC, Küche und Flur)
Die Lage ist auf dem Who. Man hat alles, was man braucht, in max. 5 min Laufentfernung (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Post, Kuckuck, Felder) Auch sehr schön ist der Bauernhof direkt gegenüber, bei dem man zu jeder Tag und Nachtzeit frische Milch bekommt. Auch die Uni Morgenstelle ist in knapp 10min per Bus zu erreichen. Busanbindungen in die Stadt sind super, es fährt mind. alle 10min ein Bus runter. Selbst nachts fahren zuverlässig Nachtbusse. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.
Es ist noch eine gaz junge WG weshalb sich noch nicht viele "Regeln" wenn man das so nennen mag etabliert haben. Das kann dann alles entstehen wenn du dann auch noch mit dabei bist.
