he is a German male student who is friendly and kind. He usually go to his parent's home in weekends. During workweek, he is also quiet and never make noise. he smoke but only in the balcony. I am a non-smoker and never feel offended. we get along well. that' all.
Personally, I am pretty satisfied with this room but I have to move out, since I can go hiking in the woods which is right in the back of my balcony. I also enjoy being waken up by bird's sound. you can stay here for one month and then sign a new contract with my landlord after 1.6.2023.
