- We speak English and are trying to learn German.
- Neither of us smoke or drink alcohol, but we have no issues if a prospective flat mate does smoke and or consumes alcohol (Please do not puke on the living room mattress).
- We have a small Garden and if you are in-to flowers and vegetables, it is all yours to grow whatever you like (Except weed and other psychotropic drugs).
- In the near future you can use the washing machine for free until it meets its maker (or breaker).
- Depending on how long you want to stay the deposit amount is negotiable and we might not ask for it straight away.
