Das Zimmer in einer 3er-WG ist durch zwei riesige Fenster sehr freundlich und hell (da ehemaliges Architekturbüro und Anbau an das eigentliche Haupthaus) mit Blick in den Garten der Familie.
Ein langer Schreibtisch und ein Spiegel gehören zur Einrichtung.
Schöne Lage: Schönblick! Unterhalb der Sternwarte und dem Max-Planck-Institut
Beste Busanbindung: Linien 3, 4, 17 sind zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten entfernt und führen direkt in die Stadt oder zum WHO / Kunsthalle … Zu Fuß ist man bergab in 10 Minuten am Kupferbau oder Rewe (Mohlstraße)
Zwei Medizinstudenten (24-31 Jahre) teilen sich Küche, Bad, Terrasse und Gesellschaft mit dir.
Der Eingang ist separat rechts vom Haupthaus.
Waschmaschine ist derzeit defekt. Anschaffung erfolgt ggf. in neuer WG-Konstellation.
Auf Wunsch des Vermieters kommen leider nur Studenten infrage!
