Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, großem Schrank und sehr viel Staufläche. Mitzubringen ist also nur noch Bettwäsche.
Die WG hat zwei Bäder und eine große, vollausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken, einer Mikrowelle und großen Fenstern wo viel Licht hineinkommt.
Internetanschluss ist im Zimmer vorhanden, wenn man ein Internetkabel hat (oder die Mitbewohner nach ihrem WLAN Passwort fragt ;) ) und im Preis mitinbegriffen.
Das Wohnheim hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die allerdings nur mit Studierendenwerk-Ausweis bedienbar ist, den man sich ganz leicht besorgen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im Norden Tübingens direkt vor dem Schönbuchwald.
Direkt vor der Haustüre ist die Haltestelle Wanne Kunsthalle von der 3 Buslinien in die Stadt fahren, tagsüber unter der Woche hat man also etwa 10 Busse in der Stunde die vorbeifahren.
Gegenüber liegen alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Fleischhauer, Obst und Gemüse, Penny Markt, Kreissparkasse) und eine sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant.
