Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim im Heuberger Tor Weg 15 von August bis September.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 6. Stock des Gebäudes. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Waschbecken, Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Vor dem Gebäude sind eine Bushaltestelle (Haydnweg) sowie ausreichend Parkplätze, an der Bushaltestelle verkehrt der 5er der alle 10 min in Richtung Hauptbahnhof bzw. in Richtung WHO fährt, außerdem fährt noch ein Nachtbus. In der WG ist immer etwas los, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist dies allerdings auch kein Problem.
In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt das Einkaufszentrum Wanne mit einem Penny-Markt, einer Bäckerei, einer Metzgerei, einem Frisör und vielem mehr.
Eventuell gibt es die Möglichkeit das Zimmer längerfristig zu behalten ( Rücksprache mit dem Studentenwerk ist allerdings von Nöten).
