Hallo,
da ich mein Studium zum Sommersemster nicht mehr fortsetzen werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Wanne, somit ist fast alles was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird bequem zu Fuß erreichbar (inklusive Bushaltestelle).
Die WG ist eine Zweck-WG, jedoch sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sehr nett und es lässt sich über (fast) alles mit ihnen reden.
Die WG verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie Dusche und WC. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Abstellraum. Ein Fahrrad lässt sich vor der Wohnung an einem überdachten Abstellplatz abstellen.
Das helle Zimmer ist relativ klein, jedoch bietet es Platz für ein nicht all zu großes Bett sowie Schränke und einen Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer kann bereits ab dem 12. April bezogen werden.
Anfragen bitte per Email an mich () richten, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können. Diese sind ab nächster Woche (29.03.) möglich.
