Bright room in a 112 m² apartment directly on the Ammer

The location is absolutely fantastic <3!
You have everything you need here - favorite supermarket, favorite health food store, favorite pharmacy and favorite river all in a 1-3 minute walk :)

The walk along the Ammer is really great - you are right in the middle of nature and heading west you can quickly reach the extensive Ammertal (also good for cycling or bird watching). Swimming in the river is also possible, but it may be a tad cold ;)
Most people come to the Ammer to have a picnic - you can choose whether you want to sit down in the grass or watch the hustle and bustle on the Ammer from the balcony.

Nearby, you can also find the 24 o'clock Rewe, Saturn, a post office, Aldi, an Esso gas station and a kebab shop as well as a Chinese restaurant. But it's only 5 minutes to the city center and you can find everything else you might need there ;)

If you have a car, you can rent a parking space in the underground car park for €60. You can park your bike there for free =).

You live with Christian (30), a very nice person who is very open and warm to others. He likes to cook and garden (half the balcony is already full of chili plants ;)), likes to play board games and makes music (E-bass).
He is Danish and moved to Tübingen from Denmark at the end of April and speaks mainly English, but would also like to learn German and is currently taking a German course. He also recently picked up bouldering, slacklining, lindy hop and solo jazz dancing at the university :)
Professionally, Christian works remotely for a game company as a map designer, and also likes to play video games or organize tournaments in his free time.

The flat share life between you and Christian is the way you both want it to be ;) Christian likes to do things together, e.g. cooking together or drinking a beer, but can also live side by side if that's your thing. In any case, your privacy and needs are respected here. The only important thing is that you can talk to each other honestly and that the atmosphere in the flat share is pleasant for both of you :). Regarding cleanliness and household chores, you talk to each other at the beginning and find a solution that suits you both.

I (Claudia, 34) am Christian's girlfriend and would like to sublet my room for the next 6 months because I'm still living on the "Wanne". I would probably come by from time to time to cook and play board games ;) I also like to play all sorts of things, dance a lot, go hiking or watch birds and work as a programmer.

The room is ready to move into and we would be happy to rent it out as soon as possible :) - so if you are interested, just shoot us a message with a little bit about yourself and we will probably find a viewing appointment for you quite quickly where you can get to know both us and the apartment (and Hannes, our Ammer gray heron, who often looks for fish in the river section in front of our balcony ;) - sometimes he doesn't keep to fixed appointments so well though).

The internet is quite fast with 250 MBit/s, and together with electricity and GEZ you will probably end up with ~ 50 € per person per month. The additional costs for heating, water, garbage, elevator etc. amount to 190 € per person per month, of which you may get something back (according to the previous tenants), because the apartment is very well insulated and you don't have to heat that much.
