Ein helles, eigenes Schlafzimmer (13,5qm) sowie Bad/Dusche, Wohnzimmer/Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung in einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit kleinem Garten. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern/WC und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kücheninsel. Eine Terrasse öffnet sich zum ca. 40qm Garten. Die Wohnung hat durchgehend Fußbodenheizung und Holzparkett.
Ein kleines Kellerabteil steht gemeinschaftlich zur Verfügung. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, im Keller gibt es einen großen sauberen Trockenraum.
Das ca. 2011 gebaute Haus ist sehr gepflegt, bietet einen Aufzug und eine Tiefgarage. Optional kann für 30 € Aufpreis ein Garagenstellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gemietet werden. Es gibt einen Fahrradraum zum Abstellen des Fahrrads.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt großzügig, modern und hell. Der Garten ist besonders in der warmen Jahreszeit ein echter Genuss! Und wir haben ein Klavier. Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.

A bright, private bedroom (13,5sqm) and bathroom/shower, living room/kitchen for communal use in a 4-room apartment with a small garden. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/WC and a large living room with kitchen island. A terrace opens onto the approx. 40 sqm garden. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and wooden parquet flooring.
A small cellar compartment is available for communal use. We have a washing machine in the apartment and there is a large, clean drying room in the basement.
The building, which was built in 2011, is very well maintained and has an elevator and underground parking. An optional garage parking space in the underground garage can be rented for an additional €30. There is a bicycle room for storing bicycles.
The apartment is spacious, modern and bright. The garden is a real treat, especially in the warmer months! And we have a piano. The room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished.

Johannes ist selbstständig und ist oft nur an den Werktagen da. Er ist aufgeschlossen, musikalisch (Klassik, Swing, Jazz u.a.) , sportlich, vielseitig interessiert, arbeiten aber recht viel.

Johannes is self-employed and is often only there on weekdays. He is open-minded, musical (classical, swing, jazz, etc.), sporty, interested in many things, but works quite a lot. We are both experienced in shared flats.
We are looking for a roommate who also works or is active in research.. English or German doesn't matter.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet. es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.
Wir haben keinen Kabel-TV-Anschluss, aber einen Internet-Anschluss von Vodafone, der erweitert werden könnte.
Die Küche ist mit allen Basis-Gegenständen ausgestattet, sowie Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühl- und Eisschrank sowie einer Jura-Kaffeemaschine.

The utilities include heating, electricity, water and internet. There are no additional costs.
We do not have a cable TV connection, but an internet connection from Vodafone , which can be extended. The kitchen is equipped with all basic items, as well as a microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer and a Jura coffee machine.
