Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in für mein möbliertes Zimmer.
Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank und Regal vorhanden.
Es gibt auch fließendes, warmes Wasser in der Wohnung!
Und vor allem einen schönen Balkon mit Morgensonne.
Die Wohnung liegt nur eine Querstraße vom Neckar entfernt. Ca. 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Also eine gute Lage, man ist schnell draußen zum Fahrad fahren oder joggen, aber auch kurze Entfernungen zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt.
Außerdem fährt 2x pro Stunde ein Bus zum Hbf.
Wenn dir nach einem netten WG-Zusammenleben ist oder du dieses zumindest nicht aktiv zerstörst schreib uns!
Auch wenn in unserer Wohnung keine ausufernden WG-Parties möglich sein werden, so bekommst du dafür zwei Mitbewohnerinnen die dich auf einige Partys mitschleppen wollen. Aber auch ein eigenes Leben ist in dieser WG noch möglich. Schwierig - aber möglich!
