Wir, Jana (28) und Katharina (29), suchen ab 01.04.14 eine/n Mitbewohner/in für schönes WG-Zimmer am Rande der Altstadt (Nähe Haagtor).
Das Zimmer hat ca. 14 qm und kostet €296 warm (inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet & Telefon Flatrate, Kabel TV, Müllgebühren, Parkplatz etc). Zusätzlich bietet die Wohnung eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Haagtors/Fahrradtunnels, also sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig!
Alles, was man braucht liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe: Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Uni ist schnell zu Fuß und Fahrrad bzw. Bus (Morgenstelle) erreichbar. Bushaltestellen befinden sich am Haagtor. Die Wege zum West- und Hauptbahnhof sind auch recht kurz.
Wir suchen eine nette, aufgeschlossene Person, die zu unserer WG passt und die sich bei uns wohl fühlt!
Da wir beide Ende 20 sind, freuen wir uns besonders, wenn du nicht erst am Anfang deines Studium stehst.
Es wäre nett, wenn du uns ein bisschen von dir erzählen könntest (Alter, Interessen, Studium/Job, WG-Erfahrung etc.), damit wir schon einmal einen ersten Eindruck bekommen und das Kennenlernen beim Besichtigungstermin dann leichter fällt!
