ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einem privatem Wohnheim in der Weststadt. Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und möbliert. Die Möbel sind neu, hell und aus Holz. Wir sind zu 19t auf dem Stockwerk (konnte bloss als maximum 17 eingeben), aber da hier alle sehr cool drauf sind, ist es sauber. Meine Mitbewohner/innen gehen gerne öfters mal was trinken oder kochen ODER Grillen auf der Dachtereasse zusammen. Du solltest also schon offen und kommunikativ sein.
Ansonten gibts noch nen Fernsehraum, ne Dachterrasse, Fahrradkeller, ne Bar, die einmal die Woche offen hat, Parkplätze,...
Ich würde dich als Untermieter bis Oktober reinnehmen und dann würde dich das Wohnheim übernehmen.
