Ich ziehe aus, daher suche ich schnellstmöglich einen Nachmieter für mein Einzel-Appartement. Das Appartement verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile sowie ein eigenes Bad und ist sehr modern. Ich war erst der zweite Bewohner, weshalb alles noch neu und sehr gepflegt ist. Ein Parkplatz wird nach Wunsch mit vermietet. In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten (auch WLAN). Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten ist auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, einen netten Nachmieter zu finden. Allerdings kommen ausschließlich Studenten in Betracht. Da im Haus ausschließlich solche Einzel-Appartements sind, ist das von den Vermietern so gewünscht. Bestenfalls suche ich bereits ab dem 15.01. einen Nachmieter, hilfsweise auch ab dem 01.02.
