Ich suche ab dem 15.04. eine Mieterin/ Mieter für eine neu gegründete 2er Wg im Erdgeschoss meines Einfamilienhauses. Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und hat einen sehr schönen Fliesenboden.
Das größere 19 qm und liegt bei 450 ( inklusive Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Kabel TV), beide sind teilmöbeliert. Kann aber auch ohne Möbel gemietet werden.
Es stehen eine Kochzeile, Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie ein seperates WC und ein kleiner Keller zur Verfügung.
Desweiteren gibt es eine große Südterasse mit Garten die gern benutzt werden dürfen.
Es gibt einen überdachten Fahrrad Stellplatz.
Es handelt sich um ein frei stehendes Haus in Tübingens Weststadt.
Das Haus ist ist 1 Minute von der nächsten Bushaltstelle entfernt. Die Universität ist mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten erreichbar. In nächster Nähe befinden sich auch 2 Supermärkte, eine Apotheke und auch die Altstadt kann in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Zum Wg Leben lässt sich noch nichts sagen, da sie ja neugegründet wird.
Ich selbst wohne mit meinem Sohn im oberen Teil des Hauses, Waschmaschine und Keller werden nach Absprache gemeinsam genutzt ansonsten ist die Wg aber für sich.
