Die WG liegt im 1 Stock eines drei Partien Hauses. Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß und sehr hell. Die WG verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einer Küche mit Spülmaschine und Loggia. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine sowie einem Kellerraum, der zur Wohnung gehört. Also alles was das Herz begehrt…
Die Lage der WG ist super, wir wohnen sehr zentral am Rande der Innenstadt. Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka) und egal ob du zur Uni oder zur Bushaltestelle musst in 5-10 Minuten bist du überall.
Du würdest bei 3 super netten und unkomplizierten Studentinnen bzw. Doktorandinnen (25-27 Jahre) einziehen, wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzen abends gerne bei Pizzaabenden zusammen in der Küche oder unternehmen Biergartenausflüge 😊.
Opional könntest du ein Bett (100 x 180 cm) zum Zimmer übernehmen.
