Hallo! Ich gehe studiumsbedingt für ein Jahr ins Ausland, dafür suche ich ein/e UntermieterIn.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer inkl. Wohnzimmer und zusätzlich 2 Abstellkammern. Da meine Mitbewohnerinnen auch für den gleichen Zeitraum ins Ausland gehen, werden die andern Zimmer auch frei.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert hinterlassen. (Schreibtisch+ Stuhl, kleines Regal, Bettgestell für 1,40, Kommode + Kleiderstange, Spiegel).
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage an der Ammer und der Fußweg in die Altstadt beträgt 10min. Rewe und Saturn sind direkt um die Ecke und auch der Aldi ist nicht weit. An den ÖPV haben wir auch einen guten Anschluss.
Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen süßen Hinterhof, welchen man sich mit den anderen Anwohner der Dürrstraße teilen muss, aber keine Sorge wir haben nur nette Nachbarn.
