Looking for a room for long term living in Tuebingen Universi

Hello, I am looking for a room for long term living (almost three years if possible) in Tuebingen. The room should be available in middle of March and it would be much better if the room is around the Tuebingen University (Auf der Morgenstelle). I do not mind about the size of the room (but no less that 10 m2). The roommate(s) should be students and the number should no more than three, and a mixed gender is fine with me. I hope English is a possible language because I come from China and currently I cannot speak Germany. The final thing is that I would prefer a room with rent less than 300 euro per month. All of the above are my only requirements. Thank you.
