Italian Student moving for a Fellowship

I'm an Italian student and I will start a fellowship in the university of Tuebingen from the mid of June (15.06), the fellowship should lasts for 8 months (end around january 2017). I don't know if after I will continue to work in the university. I love cook and I like to share with people dinner or lunch.
I like to enjoy a fresh beer with flatmates and to go out during the week end and have some fun. I have been already in tuebingen for an erasmus last year and i really enjoy the city and have few friends studying at University. It is very important for me the respect for common area, I like to leave a common space as i find it before I come.
I like to do sport mostly tennis, football or hiking around in the beautifull black forest. Unfortunatly my german is weak but I can understand a bit and I would like to improve my skill.
