Looking for a room (Dec or Jan/ end-May 2019), Biology student

My name is Miguel Hernández and I am 24 years old. I am a Biology student at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico. Next semester I will be doing an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, Microbiome Science Department. I am looking for a room to rent (December 2018-May 2019).
I am an easygoing person, I like to know new places and to meet new people. We can always learn and have a good time with every interaction. I like exercising at least two to three times a week (jogging, calisthenics). I speak Spanish, English and medium level of German (~B2). I like reading on the internet about history, geography, biology and watching videos on YouTube about politics, physics, and astronomy (popular science stuff).
I think that living in harmony and having a chill place to rest is very important. That's why I am always up for participating in cleaning and other established roles. When there is the chance, can't say no to a beer (or tequila?) and a good conversation.
