PhD student looking for cozy living

Hi,
my name is Pavel. I am going to start working in Tübingen as a PhD student at the Faculty of Science (Center for Plant Molecular Biology) in July. I am currently looking for a place to stay since the latter half of June and your apartment seems just fine to me.
I am from The Czech Republic, 27 years old. I speak fluently English and probably I will try to learn some German too. I am a kind of sporty and outdoor person loving spending time outside in nature. Before corona, I used to travel quite a bit. I also like board games, good music and coffee.
For a living, I prefer cheerful company for a small chat from time to time. I like spending some evenings together with the flatmates. So far, I have never had any problem with flat-sharing so I can say I am a tidy, quiet and friendly flatmate.
