Urgent need for a room

Hi there,

My name is Zubaer Hossain. I have been studying in University of Tuebingen since October 2021 in a Masters course of Applied Environmental Geoinformatics. Prior to that, I studied at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. I like to spend my free time listening to music in my headphones and I work in the university as a research assistant.

I am currently looking for a new room as the lease on my current room is about to expire and it is also located at quite a distance from Tuebingen, which makes it difficult for me to easily reach the university. Throughout my stay at my current room, I got along well with my neighbors or the landlord. I have never missed my rent and I have no fines with the transportation authority for missing a ticket. I am a very legal person and I like to keep everything in order.

I was excited to see your ad for this room. It is within my budget and is at a very convenient location for me. I would like to come see the room if it is still available. I have renting and personal references ready upon request.
