Hello Dear Finders
One furnished room is available in our house. Initially, the room is available for 4 months (i.e. end of march), with the possibility of extension. This place is equally ideal for someone who works in Tuebingen over the week days, and spends the weekend with the family outside of Tuebingen.
The room is very sunny, and has an in-built mirrored wardrobe. The room is divided in three parts. (A) The main space is for office table, book rack, and sofa. (B) The sleeping area is 10 steps upward at the top of wardrobe. I have there a single bed mattress, and two side tables, and one book shelf. There is also space for some storage as well. (C) The room has a big glass door that shall lead to a (personal) balcony.
The house has 5 levels. There are 10 rooms, and currently there are 9 inhabitants (including you). We have three bath rooms. The kitchen cum living room is fairly large, and has almost everything that you shall need. There is also a dinning table for 15 people, and a sofa set to accommodate 10 people.
We also have a kicker, and table tennis plate. We also use this area to watch, via beamer, foot ball matches and movies.
The house has its own garden and grilling area outside of the living room. In summer times, we also use inflatable swimming pool. The best of all, we have hired a cleaning lady, who comes once a week, and she cleans the garden, living room, bath room, and other common areas.
The house is situated at the base of Lustnau region (no up hill). The bus stop is 2 mins away from the home. You can catch Bus number 1, 7, 21, 22, and airport buses (826, 828, 754). With bike, one can reach university sports complex in 5 mins, and one can reach main library in 10 mins.
The market is also nearby and you shall find Bank, Rewe Supermarkt, pharmacy (Apotheke), many doctors, book store, butcher shop (metzgerei), backery, pizzeria and post.
There is also a nice walking track passing behind our house that leads to Bebenhausen.
The house members are all graduates and mostly professional, either working or they are doing PhD. We are mostly busy in the day, but many of us always find time almost every other evening or over the weekend to sit together and cook together.
