Großes Zimmer in 4er WG ☀️

Unsere WG liegt am Anfang des Französischen Viertels. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Lidl, Alnatura, Bäcker, DM und das Depot-Areal mit weiteren Shops liegen direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Mit dem Rad braucht man nur 7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten bis zur Uni (neue Aula). Die Bushaltestelle „Stadtwerke“ ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Von dort aus ist man ganz schnell am Hauptbahnhof und an der Uni. Es fährt auch regelmäßig ein Bus zu den Kliniken und zur Morgenstelle (ohne Umsteigen).🚏
Geht man durchs Franz-Viertel durch, kommt eine tolle Spazier- und Joggingstrecke durch den Wald.🌳

Our shared flat is located at the beginning of Französisches Viertel. Shopping facilities such as Edeka, Lidl, Alnatura, bakery, DM and the Depot area with other stores are directly on the other side of the street.
It is only 7 minutes by bike to the main train station and 10 minutes to the university (new auditorium). The "Stadtwerke" bus stop is directly behind the building. From there you can get to the main station and the university very quickly. There is also a regular bus to the clinics and the Morgenstelle (without changing).
If you walk through Franz-Viertel, there is a great walking and jogging route through the forest.

Agi macht ihren Master in interdisziplinärer Produktentwicklung, schreibt an ihrer Masterarbeit und kocht gerne mit Gemüse, Zitrone und Pul Biber. 🥗
Romina macht ihren Master im Lehramt (Englisch, Sport, Erziehungswissenschaft), ist zuständig für die Star Wars- Vibes in der WG und hat ein Herz für Kaffee und Kartoffelsalat.☕️
Jo studiert Medizin, ist leidenschaftlicher Pesto-Esser, sportlich unterwegs und geht Turnen.👨‍⚕️
Durch unsere unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten und Tagesabläufe sehen wir uns nicht rund um die Uhr, aber wir verstehen uns super und nutzen die gemeinsame Zeit gern für einen Tratsch in der Küche oder gemeinsames Kochen. Abends gibt es ab und zu Filmabende auf unserem WG-Fernseher und gelegentlich machen wir einen Ausflug zum Sushi all you can eat in Reutlingen, oder schießen einen Sekt.
Wir schätzen es sehr, wenn du ab und zu für eine gemeinsame Aktion zu haben bist!🫶

We are a mixed student flat share. Your new flatmates are Agi (26), Romina (27) and Jo (24).
Agi is doing her Master's in interdisciplinary product development, will be writing her Master's thesis from April and enjoys cooking with vegetables, lemon and pul biber.
Romina is doing her Master's degree in teaching, is responsible for the Star Wars vibes in the flat and has a heart for coffee.
Jo is studying medicine, is a passionate pesto eater, is sporty and does gymnastics.
Due to our different activities and daily routines, we don't see each other around the clock, but we get on really well and like to use our time together to chat in the kitchen or cook together. In the evenings, we occasionally have movie nights on our shared TV and occasionally take a trip to the sushi all you can eat in Reutlingen.
We really appreciate it if you're up for a joint activity from time to time!

Die Miete ist bis Sommer 2025 befristet, weil das Haus danach abgerissen wird. Das ist zwar schade, dafür kann man sich bis dahin noch kreativ verwirklichen :)
Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel, ein paar Tage früher oder später wären auf jeden Fall drin.

The rent is limited until summer 2025 because the house will be demolished after that. That's a shame, but you can still be creative until then :)
