You can reach the apartment via stairs or an elevator. Your stay in the apartment will be very pleasant thanks to the airy rooms. The apartment is furnished with a lot of luxury for everyday life. The new furnishings are modern and color coordinated in all rooms. The brand new kitchen is also equipped with everything down to the dishes. Durch die optimale Lage erreichen Sie mit einem Spaziergang die Altstad zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten am Fluss Neckar entlang. Am Ende der Strasse befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt Sie in 2 Minuten direkt in das Tübinger Zentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad können Sie ebenfalls schnell überall hin gelangen.
Ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage Mitten in der Natur mit viel Sonne den ganzen Tag lang. Stehen Sie bei einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang auf und beenden Sie den anstrengenden Tag mit einem zauberhaften Sonnenuntergang.
