Hey Leute;)
wir suchen eine/n neue Mitbewohner/in für unsere 10er-WG in der Gottlieb-Olpp-Straße in Tübingen. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 5.11.23 frei. Das zu beziehende Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und kostet 580€/Monat, warm. Es ist mit einem Waschbecken sowie zwei geräumigen, fest eingebauten Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Das Besondere ist der zimmereigene Zugang zu einer etwa 10m² großen, überdachten Terrasse, von der man einen weiten Ausblick in den Garten und auf Lustnau hat.
Zur WG gehören eine kleine Gemeinschaftsstube und in jedem Stockwerk eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine), jeweils ein Bad und eine Toilette;)
Fahrräder können im Schuppen abgestellt werden. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück hast du einen eigenen Parkplatz für PKW.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage. Ein großer Garten mit Feuerstelle, sowie mehrere Balkone mit Sicht bis zur Schwäbischen Alb schaffen genug Freiraum für alle und die Möglichkeit, sich entweder draußen zu entspannen, sich sportlich oder handwerklich zu betätigen.
Der Campus der Universität ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt auf dem Weg. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 4 (Corrensstraße) in Richtung Innenstadt und Waldhäuser Ost liegt höchstens 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir eine ausgesprochen lebhafte WG.
Wir verbringen am Abend oder WE, Zeit miteinander und kochen auch gerne bis leidenschaftlich zusammen😍
Wir sind eine Mischung aus Berufstätigen und Studenten, eher alternativ angehaucht. Wenn du also eine Gemeinschaft bevorzugst und nicht gerade nach einem reinen Zweck-Wohnen suchst, bist du bei uns genau richtig. Natürlich gibt es auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn du mal etwas Ruhe brauchst.
Schreib uns doch ruhig etwas über deine Vorstellungen, dass wir uns ein Bild machen können. Wenn du Fragen hast bzw. das Haus besichtigen möchtest, kannst du dich gerne bei uns melden.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 10-er WG flat at Gottlieb-Olpp-Straße in Tübingen. The room will be available from 5.11.23. The room is 20 m² and costs 580€/month. It is equipped with a sink and two spacious, built-in wardrobes. The special feature is the room's own access to a 10m² large, covered terrace, from which you have a wide view of the garden and Lustnau.
The flat includes a small common room and on each floor a kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom and a toilet.
Bicycles can be parked in the shed. Washing machine is also available. On the property you have a private parking space for cars.
The house is located in a very quiet and green location. A large garden with fireplace, as well as several balconies with views to the Swabian Alb create enough space for everyone and the opportunity to relax outside, to do sports or crafts;)
The campus of the university can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the nearest shopping area is also on the way. The bus stop of line 4 (Corrensstraße) towards the city centre and Waldhäuser Ost is a maximum of 5 minutes walk away.
All in all, we are a lively flat.
We spend sometimes in the evening or weekends together and also like to cook together passionately😍
We are a mix of workers and students, rather alternative. So if you prefer a community and not just looking for a purely purpose-built dwelling, you've come to the right place. Of course, if you need some space, we would totally understand that.
