Hallo zusammen,
da eine Mitbewohnerin auszieht ist ab mitte Juli eins der beiden Wg-Zimmer frei. Wie ihr auf den Bildern sehen könnt ist das Zimmer durch die zwei Fenster sehr hell und einladend. Aktuell bekommt es zusätzlich neue Fenster. Dann ist es nochmals ruhiger.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor vier Jahren renoviert.
Es gibt eine neue Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Bad wurde ebenfalls erneuert. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde verputzt und neue Böden gelegt. Zudem wurde vor einem Jahr das Treppenhaus zum Stockerk neu verputzt. Das Zimmer hat letztes Jahr neue Fenster bekommen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Der Bahnhof und die Stadtmitte sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-10 min erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in der selben Zeit am Hochschulcampus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie das E-Center sind um die Ecke und ins Umläufle zum entspannen kommst du auch schnell.
Da zwei Mitbewohner Ausziehen gibt es eine neue WG Konstellation. Eure Chance auf eine WG Neugründung! Wenn ihr das Zimmer und die Wohnung anschauen kommt, lernt ihr euch ja kennen.
Der Preis von 430€/Monat ist Warmmiete inkl. Internet und Müllgebühren.
