Hallo,
zum 1.07 suchen wir Zuwachs in unserer WG in der Schillerstraße.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich 2.OG eines Altbaus, welcher sich zentral in Uelzen und in näherer Umgebung vom Bahnhof befindet. Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und befindet sich neben der Küche.
Als Gemeinschaftsräume nutzen wir die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und ein Bad.

Es handelt sich um eine Untermiete die auf 1 Jahr begrenzt ist, evtl. besteht auch die Möglichkeit das WG-Zimmer dauerhaft zu übernehmen.
