Zur Untermiete steht ein Kellerzimmer mit 10qm und eigenem Eingang. Allerdings direkt neben der Heizung,diese schaltet sich aber Nachts aus. Gesucht wird eine weibliche Person. Ein männlicher bin ich ja schon :-) hab aber keine Absichten :-) Mit mir wohnen hier meine 2 Hunde ( Mittelgroß ) Garten kann gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbiliert. Teppich liegt, ist auch noch ok. Ich bin ein humorvoller sportlicher Typ, bin Raucher, rauche aber nur in meinem Arbeitszimmer. Abstellmöglichkiten gibts genung. Bei Interesse einfach ma melden und anschauen ... bin auch erst hierher gezogen und noch am Einrichten. Achso . Das Wohnzimmer und das Bad sind natürlich mit in der gemeinsamen Nutzung.
