Hallo zusammen, ich wohne in einer schönen, neu renovierten großen 120qm Wohnung in 89160 Dornstadt und suche noch nach einem Mitbewohner, da sie für mich alleine sehr groß ist. Ich hätte ein unmöbliertes Zimmer mit 15qm anzubieten. Die Wohnung an sich hat fünf Zimmer und einen Balkon. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und Essecke. Das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher steht natürlich auch zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Dornstadt liegt 10 Min. nördlich von Ulm. Es gibt gute Bus-Verbindungen nach Ulm und zur Uni. Parkplätze gibt es auch direkt vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber ebenso zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, habe BWL studiert und arbeite nun in Ulm. Ich koche gern und bin ein ordentlicher Mensch, deshalb ist es mir auch sehr wichtig, dass du ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit mitbringst :-). Außerdem fände ich es toll, wenn man ab und zu auch etwas zusammen unternehmen könnte bzw. zusammen kocht, einfach zusammen sitzt oder Sport macht.
