Ich ziehe aus dieser WG aus und suche deshalb jetzt einen Nachmieter bzw. eine Nachmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und hell. Es passt gut alles rein, was man so braucht.
Die WG liegt im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Bank usw. In der Stadt ist man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten, genauso an der Hochschule Eselsberg. Zur Uni benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 1 - 2 Minuten entfernt, Busse fahren alle 10 Minuten.
In der WG leben zwei Mädels die zwischen 23 und 24 Jahre alt sind. Sie sind sehr nett und man kann sich mit ihnen sehr gut unterhalten.
