Hey Leute,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin ihr Studium beendet hat und zum 01.03.2014 auszieht, suchen wir ab sofort, eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in)für unsere 3er WG am Eselsberg.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11m² groß, hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Süden, ist weiß gestrichen und hat einen hellen Laminatboden.
Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert.
Es gibt 1 Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, 1 Flur, 1 Küche und 3 Zimmer mit einem Balkon, plus Kellerabteil und Dachboden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am oberen Eselsberg mit direkter Busverbindung in die Innenstadt (ca.10min) und zu der UNI(5min).
Ein Rewe sowie Metzger, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Apotheke und ein Dönerladen sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Also alles um die Ecke :)
Wir, Pascal und Victor (25 und 23 Jahre jung), sind zwei angehende Physiotherapeuten am Ulmkolleg.
Wir würden uns als nett, humorvoll und umgänglich bezeichnen. Trifft das auch auf dich zu, so zöger nicht und schreib uns einfach eine nette Email an:
Im Sommer grillen wir gerne auf unserem kleinen Balkon oder in der Friedrichsau.
Wenn du gerne mal ein Bier oder Glas Wein trinkst und auch an gemeinsamen WG-Aktivitäten interessiert bist, kannst du bei uns nichts falsch machen. Wir respektieren aber auch, wenn man einfach mal seine Ruhe haben möchte. :)
