Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 4-er WG in´m Wohnheim in der Manfred-Börner-Straße. Das Wohnheim wurde erst ganz neu gebaut und im Oktober 2013 erstbezogen. Der Mietpreis von 289 € ist ein Pauschalpreis und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet und Heizung. Zudem gibt es einen Waschraum, einen Fitness -und Musikraum, einen Außenanlage mit Beachvolleyballfeld und Grill. Zur Uni benötigt man lediglich 4 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Einzige Voraussetzung ist, dass ihr immatrikulierter Student(in) sein müsst, da das alles über das Studentenwerk Ulm läuft.
