Aufgrund eines Erasmus Studiums biete ich hier mein Studenten-WG Zimmer im Wohnheim Kelternweg zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer hat 13 qm, bei Wunsch teilmöbliert. Da es sich um ein Wohnheim des Studentenwerks handelt kann die Wohnung nur an immatrikulierte Studenten der Uni Ulm vergeben werden.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten, die Uni Süd in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Innenstadt sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Bus, am Wochenende fahren auch Nightliner.
Auch wenn wir eine zufällig zusammengewürfelte WG sind läuft die Sache. Wir haben noch einen Mathematiker und eine Chemie Ingenieurin - Wir kochen, feiern und arbeiten zusammen.
Wie gesagt kann die Wohnung nur an einen Studenten der Uni Ulm vergeben werden, der Untermietvertrag wird mit dem Studentenwerk Ulm geschlossen.
