Die WG befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit den Maßen 140x100 und daneben eine kleine Kommode um Kleidung darin aufzubewahren. Weiters hab ich ein Sofa, das sich gut als Ablage für sämtliche Dinge eignet.
Der Schreibtisch ist simpel aus zwei Böcken und einer alten Schreibtischplatte aufgebaut.
Durch das große Fenster, das sich direkt am Balkon befindet, ist das Zimmer den ganzen Tag über ohne zusätzliches Licht nutzbar und sehr gut zu lüften.
1-2 min. bis zum Rewe, Volksbank, Sparkasse, Apotheke, Bäcker und Metzger
1 min. bis Bushaltestelle Ruländerweg

Wir sind eine 3er-WG, die je nach Möglichkeit auch gerne miteinander kocht und isst.
Vormittags sind wir meistens durch das Studium eingespannt und sitzen abends im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer.
