Hallo zusammen,
Zu vermieten ist mein 18qm großes Zimmer mit Balkon, ab 1.10.20, in einer 4er WG. Es ist voll möbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa und einem Regal. Die Warmmiete beträgt 460€.
Unsere Highlights der WG: wir haben eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, 2 WCs und 2 Duschen, wir haben einen Putzplan damit immer alles schön sauber ist, WLAN ist im Mietpreis mit inbegriffen; dazu kommen noch 3 nette, coole Mitbewohner im Alter von 20-25 Jahren.
Die WG befindet sich am unteren Eselsberg, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Türe. Zur Uni benötigt man mit dem Bus ca 10 Minuten, in die Stadt 10-15 Minuten. Das Blautalcenter ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern kochen auch gerne Mal etwas zusammen.
Hinterlegt ist die Nummer von meiner derzeitigen WG-Mitbewohnerin Kim, sie wird sich um alles kümmern.
