Biete euch eine Traumwohnung im Fischerviertel an. Die Wohnung hat ca 83m² und besteht aus 5 Zimmern. Jeder hat zwei eigene: mit einmal 8m² und 14m². Die Küche ist top ausgestattet (Einbauküche), es gibt ein cooles Bad mit Wanne , ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und eine Terasse mit eigenem Garten! Kosten soll das Ganze 300€ warm. Ich kann leider nicht in die Wohnung einziehen, weil ich Nichtraucher bin und mein Mitbewohner in Spe raucht. Daher sollte es für Dich kein Problem sein, wenn er in seinem Zimmer oder auch mal im Wohnzimmer raucht.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.08.2007 frei und kann sofort bezogen werden.
