Es ist ein 2 geschossiges Mehrfamilienhaus Bj 1974 , damals hatten meine Eltern schon Isoliersteine mit 5 cm Styropor verwendet, saniert 2007 neue Fenster, neue Bäder incl neue Wasserleitungen(wegen Rost). 2013 Datenkabel verlegt, neue Einbauküchen eingebaut, in Küche kann man auch gemeinsam essen kann. Als Studentenwohnheim bei Kabel BW angemeldet, es wohnen insgesamt 17 Studenten im Haus.
ich selbst wohne 400m entfernt auf unserem Reiterhof am Ortsrand. Es sind alles auskömmliche Studenten/innen
zu fahren sind es zur Uni 2,5 km, es ist jedoch ein Tal dazwischen. Die ÖPNV Verbindung ist ausreichend ca 50 % der Studenten fahren mit dem Fahrrad
Die WG Zimmer vermiete ich als Eigentümer direkt an die Studenten für 310 €Monat incl wohl aller Nebenkosten = Müllgebühr, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet
Wenn jemand ein Pferd mitbringen möchte, haben wir auf dem Bauernhof noch ein paar Boxen frei. Ein WG Student betreibt mit seiner Freundin eine Reitschule hier am Hof und bietet auch Ausritte an
