Wir sind hier am Ortsrand Ulm Mähringen. Das Haus wurde saniert neue Bäder, neue rostfreie Wasserleitungen, Des Haus wurde mit 8 cm Isolierung isoliert, schöne ruhige Lage. Wir haben noch einen Pensionspferdestall,. Die Omnibushaltestelle liegt gegenüber vom Haus. der Bus fährt üblicherweise im 30 Minuten Takt und man gelangt innerhalb 5 Minuten zur Uni Süd Haltestelle. Zum Laufen sind es 2,5 km, jedoch ist ein Tal dazwischen. Sportliche Studenten fahren häufig mit dem Fahrrad.
Es ist ein Bad mit Toilette vorhanden.
