Hallo,
Aufgrund meiner Studiensituation muss ich leider aus meinem WG Zimmer ausziehen. Wie man auf den bildern sehen kann gibt es durch den Balkon eine große Fensterfront durch welche das Zimmer schön hell ist. Der Balkon bietet Platz für gemütliche Abende draußen mit ein paar Freunden. Die Wohnung verfügt sowohl über eine Waschmaschine als auch über eine Badewanne. Badezimmer und Klo liegen seperat.
Gute Busanbindung zur Universität, ein Dorfladen befindet sich in Laufweite. Man fährt etwa eine halbe stunde zum Bahnhof mit dem ÖPNV und man kommt selbst unter der woche bis halb eins problemlos vom Bahnhof nach Hause. Es gibt genügend Platz zum Parken und zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern.
Bisher mehr Zweck-WG da allerdings eine weitere Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls Studiumsbedingt umzieht ist es offen wie ihr das WG-Leben zukünftig gestalten wollt.
Da die Wohnung als Studentenwohnheim gilt solltest du Studentin sein, wenn du dringend einziehen willst kann ich auch früher ausziehen.
