Die Werastr 4 liegt in einer ruhigen Strase am Michelsberg. Die öffentlichen sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar , die Stadt in ca. 20
Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch möbeliert übernommen werden. Was auch meiner Intension entspricht, da ich etwas weiter weg ziehe.
Altbautypisch, bietet die Wohnung natürlich die Hohen Decken, die ich persönlich sehr Mag.
Im direkten Umfeld kann man Wunderbar Joggen
Der Mitbewohner ist der Geschäftsführer einer Namenhaften Kneipe in Ulm, solltest du also nicht aus Ulm kommen, ist er dein Schlüssel ins Nachtleben ;)
