Hallo zusammen,
ich suche ab 1.4.2010 eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20qm² groß. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 200€; dazu kommen insgesamt noch ca. 80-90 € Nebenkosten(Telefon+Internet Flat enthalten). Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein großes Wohnzimmer inlusive Fernseher und Sat Anschluss, sowie eine "X-Box".
Die Wohnung liegt in Ulm Mitte. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 100m, Fußweg zur Stadtmitte ca. 12 Min.
Zur Uni braucht man ca. 20 Minuten!
Ich möchte möglichst zum 1.4. ausziehen und wünsche mir einen netten Nachmieter, der mit meinem jetzigen Mitbewohner gut auskommt.
