da unser Mitbewohner Armin für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland geht, suchen wir eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für diesen Zeitraum.
Das Zimmer ist in einer schönen großen Altbauwohnung (Wohnfläche ca. 180m²), ÖPNV ist direkt um die Ecke (Fußweg ca. 3min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (Rewe 3min, Lidl 10min) und zum Münsterplatz braucht man auch etwa 10min zu Fuß.
